My name is Lilla and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working with Think CBT from my consulting rooms in London, E8. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video-link.
I offer therapy with a view to enable clients finding a grip on their struggles. I believe that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy provides a wide range of tools for life which enables us to make a change in order to confront our struggles and get relief from symptoms of often overwhelming anxiety and mood difficulties. In therapy, I take a collaborative and compassionate stance helping clients to explore and understand difficult emotional experiences.
I aim to provide a confidential and safe place to people from all ages or backgrounds.
Through my posts in various NHS mental health services for the past six years, I have gained solid experience in working with anxiety and mood difficulties. I have a special interest in working with life changing traumas resulting in PTSD, utilising a Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach. Furthermore, I often invite techniques from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy into my work with clients.
I offer appointments on Thursday evenings only (face-to-face appointments in Hackney or remotely via Skype or WhatsApp). I also provide therapy in Hungarian.
