My name is Wilma Moriarty and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working with Think CBT remotely at this time.

I have a welcoming and approachable manner and will aim to work in partnership with you to help you make the changes and improvement you wish for yourself.

I work in an eclectic way which allows me to draw on a number of different CBT orientated psychological approaches to best meet your needs.

I am an experienced professional with over 15 years experience of helping children, young people and adults within Family Support services, Youth Homelessness services and school based counselling services, this is in addition to my Counselling and Psychotherapy exeperience 

I have experience working with individuals presenting with a wide range of issues including, Anxiety Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Substance Misuse, Low Self Esteem, Depression & Trauma.

I work in accordance with the ethical framework of The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and have regular clinical supervision. I have responsibility of creating treatment plans, completing assessments, interim reports and end of treatment reports. I adhere to the NICE guidelines at all times.
