Hello! My name is Poonam Jetha, therapist working with Think CBT from CR8, CR0 & EC3V. I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 17 years of clinical experience in the NHS, private practice, and independent sector. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP), ensuring that I meet the highest standards of professional care. Throughout my career, I have accumulated over 7,000 hours of clinical practice, providing therapy to individuals facing a wide range of psychological challenges.

My Approach to Therapy:
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to individuals experiencing various challenges. I offer CBT and EMDR for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, menopause, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, and trauma. I also supervise other therapists and contribute to the overall development of therapy services. -
Senior Clinical Research Fellow at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) (2021 – 2022)
I contributed to mental health research for children with epilepsy, using CBT and other interventions to help improve their mental health and emotional well-being. I supervised therapists and managed a small caseload of patients with complex presentations. -
Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist at South London & Maudsley NHS Trust (2013 – 2021)
