My name is Amy, I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT and EMDR therapist. I am from Staffordshire in the UK and provide therapy online via video-link.

I am a conscientious, empathic and compassionate person, with an aim to provide a supportive and non judgemental space for clients to understand and move forward from their difficulties.

I spent four years working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, have worked within Specialist Sexual Abuse Services and am currently working as a CBT therapist within an IAPT service where I have worked for the past 5 years.

In addition to my Post-graduate Certificate in CBT, I have completed further training on Autism and ADHD and I specialise in supporting individuals who are Neurodiverse.

I abide by the policies and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and I have full professional indemnity to work as a therapist in the UK.
