In 2007, I studied at the highly reputed School of Psychology of the University of East London, where I obtained a Postgraduate diploma (PGDip) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Moreover, in 2020, I was awarded a second PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies by the Royal Holloway University of London, one of the top-ranked academic institutions in the UK and Europe. I am an expert CBT practitioner and accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and European Association for Counselling (EAC).
I have years of extensive experience in mental health settings, working with various client groups. I have offered my professional services to highly accredited organisations, charities, and institutions such as the English National Healthcare System (NHS), MIND, and Change Grow Live (CGL), in hospitals, medical centres, drug and alcohol services, military campuses, schools and privately as an Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) Therapist. Fields of clinical expertise include assessments and treatments for adults and young people who present with anxiety and affective disorders (Depression, GAD, OCD, Social anxiety, Health anxiety, Specific phobias, PTSD, Panic disorder, Agoraphobia etc., substance abuse, and personal, relational, and familial difficulties.
I am highly supervised, work closely with other mental health professionals, follow the National Health and Care Guidelines (NICE) and keep up to date with developments in CBT and Integrative psychotherapy practice to achieve the best treatment outcomes with my clients.
