I like to provide a relaxed, non-judgemental, and empathic atmosphere where we work together in collaboration to achieve your therapy goals. Previous clients have described me as direct, understanding, patient and easy to talk to.
All of us struggle with our mental wellbeing at some point in our lives and so I believe that therapy should be seen as an act of self-care, just like looking after our physical health. However, addressing our problems on our own can be overwhelming and it may be difficult to know where to start. My passion is working with individuals to help them overcome obstacles and gain more control over their emotional wellbeing.
We will work together to identify the cause of your problems and break them down into more manageable chunks. You will gain an understanding of your difficulties and what keeps them going, and learn strategies to help you overcome these problems and improve your quality of life.
