The earliest appointment I currently offer is 9am. Appointments are offered on the hour, e.g. 9am, 10am, 11am (excluding 1pm for my lunch break)
My name is Gurshinder, I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist working with Think CBT.
In addition to my CBT qualification, I am also a trained Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.
I have a large interest in the third wave approaches such as mindfulness and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), which I bring into sessions where appropriate.
I have a wide range of expertise working with various mental health difficulties such as:

I offer video or telephone sessions at the moment. I believe creating a therapeutic relationship is key to therapy and I make this central to the sessions. I create a relaxed, safe and non-judgemental environment and have a genuine desire to help clients overcome their difficulties.
I abide by the policies and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and I have full professional indemnity to work as a therapist in the UK.
