My name is Harpreet and I am a passionate Cognitive Behavioural Therapist at Think CBT. I specialise in the treatment of mild to moderate Anxiety and Depression. My regular weekly CBT clinics are held in Blackheath, London SE3. I also provide online CBT via Skype and video link.
My previous experience includes working with patients with more severe mental health problems in community and hospital settings. This provides additional depth of understanding of the impact that mental health difficulties have on a person and their family.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) offers a compassionate approach to working through emotional problems. Through this journey, one can develop personal resilience and growth by looking at how old patterns of thinking and unhelpful behaviours become stuck in the present and prevent personal growth.
In my routine practice, I champion the use of Skype ™ to increase access and enable patients to be seen at a convenient time and location.
