My name is Anne and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working with Think CBT online from my consulting rooms in Dundee (DD1).
I treat psychological / emotional distress using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychotherapy. I have treated psychological conditions in a variety of settings including general practice, university and private practice.
I have worked with a variety of conditions including Work-related Stress, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks, Generalised Anxiety and Depression.
Although my primary mode of work is using CBT I draw on other modalities as reflected in my continuing professional development over the recent past which has included the following courses or meetings -
