My name is Lauren, I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist working with Think CBT from Southampton, SO30.
I have over 17 years mental health experience and have worked 13 years as a qualified CBT therapist. During this time I have developed specialism in working therapeutically with both trauma and post natal depression. I have a wealth of experience, training and skill in working with PTSD and complex trauma presentations. I am a qualified EMDR practitioner and I am trained in compassion focused therapy, narrative exposure therapy, acceptance focused therapy and working with long term health conditions.
