My name is Daniel Roe and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working with Think CBT from my consulting room in Hartford and online via video link.
Anxiety, negative thoughts, low self-confidence or self-esteem, worry, a constant feeling of being on edge. Experiencing these things can be overwhelming, confusing, scary, and debilitating. My name is Dan Roe, and I’m a Couples CBT Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited by the BABCP, working with Think CBT in Hertford, Hertforshire SG13. I also provide CBT online via Zoom.
Over the last 10 years I have worked both privately and for the NHS with a varying range of mental health difficulties, but now specialise in the treatment of anxiety disorders and low self-esteem.
Throughout my career I have often been complimented on my easy-going and approachable nature. My approach to therapy allows us to build a trusting therapeutic relationship from which successful treatment can be facilitated.
