I am Sally, a Clinical Psychologist, EMDR therapist and accredited CBT therapist who works with adults.

I work in the NHS in adult mental health services, and weight management services. I also offer a very small number of private appointments alongside this.

I will work with you to develop a personalised understanding of your difficulties, and to think about the best way to achieve the outcome you're looking for.

I offer in-person sessions in central Lewes, and online.

I abide by the policies and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and HCPC, and I have full professional indemnity to work as a therapist in the UK.
