Melissa is a qualified and experienced BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Couples Therapist (BCT) and EMDR practitioner. She works part time in private practice. She currently offers online therapy.

Melissa has worked in the NHS for 10 years and is currently the perinatal lead of a London NHS service. She has specialist training for working with people who are experiencing Depression and a whole range of anxiety problems such as OCD, Social Phobia and PTSD.

She is particularly fond of helping women in pregnancy and postnatally and has attended perinatal specific trainings. Melissa is also a qualified Behavioural Couples Therapist and EMDR practitioner which is a trauma focussed treatment adjacent to trauma focussed CBT. Her former clients have described her as warm, friendly and knowledgeable and she prides herself in supporting people to achieve their therapy goals or helping them figure out what those goals are if they are not sure where to begin.
