Hi I’m Matt, I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist working with Think CBT from Radcliffe on Trent, Nottinghamshire.

I am confident working with a range of mental health problems and disorders including both anxiety and depression. More recently I have qualified in CBT-E (CBT for eating disorders) and CBT-i (CBT for insomnia) and am experienced in working with these approaches.

For a number of years now I have specialized in working with various forms of Body Focussed Repetitive Behaviours - including  trichotillomania and dermatillomania. 

I am currently offering formal CBT assessment and treatment remotely via video and telephone if required.

I also work as a clinical supervisor in my NHS role. I attend my own regular clinical supervision.

I am insured and accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (BABCP). I have a full enhanced DBS check.

I abide by the policies and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and I have full professional indemnity to work as a therapist in the UK.
