My name is Ilknur, I am a BABCP accredited Compassion focused CBT and European & UK accredited EMDR Therapist with more than 15 years of experience working with the NHS and in private practice. I provide evidence based and solution focused therapy to help my patients process their experiences, overcome emotional suffering, achieve emotional wellbeing and live a meaningful life.

I will make sure to team up with you (given that you are an expert by experience) and collaboratively help you to move away from the difficulties that cause you pain and distress now; towards recognising your resilience, and rebuilding a meaningful life where you are able to heal and grow.
