Hi my name is Hayley and I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT). I am based in Bromsgrove and offer appointments, face to face, telephone and video.

I have over 12 years experience working in the NHS and voluntary sector delivering CBT to clients with common mental health problems. My therapy approach is tailored to each individual whilst using treatments that are evidence based. I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to feel empowered to explore you thoughts, emotions and behaviours whilst working collaboratively towards your goals.

I abide by the policies and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and I have full professional indemnity to work as a therapist in the UK.
