Professional Profile

I have worked with adults using CBT Therapy for over 5 years. I am able to support people with mild, moderate and severe anxiety and depression. I have experience of successfully helping people with OCD, health anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, work related stress, social anxiety, low self-esteem, generalised anxiety disorder and post-natal depression.

I can use evidence-based techniques to support my client’s needs and I can adapt the treatment to suit each individual. I have some training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I am able to incorporate into the sessions when appropriate.
